Timothy E. Williams has provided his clients with outstanding legal services in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Guardianships, and Trust Administration for many years. Service to the client has always been, and will continue to be, our hallmark. Mr. Williams presents frequently to attorneys and families on guardianship and estate planning issues. He was named a 2006 “Rising Star” by Law & Politics Magazine. He is a member of the Elder Bar Section of the Washington State Bar, the Guardianship committee of the Pierce County Bar, the Guardianship and Elder law Section of the King County Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and is currently the vice president of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (WAELA).
